Here is a little information "About Me"

My real estate career started as a sales agent for a developer
in the area now known as Davie, Florida .  An existing orange grove was aging and the
trees were not producing quality fruit so the land was turned into a wonderful
community of custom homes on acre lots with a series of lakes and canals added for
drainage and aesthics.

Over the years, my office has been the sales and marketing office for several developer/builder communities in West Broward.  My experience has gone from
acre lots to single family homes to condos to townhomes to high end estates.  I still enjoy
working with all types of properties and remain active with developers.

My passion is open space and parks.  I have learned that there is room for both developers and open space.  The park and open space lands are an important amenity
to communities and homeowners' desire for green space has brought them to Davie.

On a personal level, beyond family and dear friends, I enjoy biking, walking and hiking.  In the Davie area there are over 160 miles of paved trails for biking and walking.  The scenery is an added bonus.  In the mountains of western North Carolina there are many trails for hiking that give you some of the most awesome scenes you could imagine. Then there is the beach and all it's beauty and quiet that South Florida offers, also a great place for walking. 





Following  a deep search within my heart, I decided it was time to expand my real estate
area to the west coast of Florida, namely the Sarasota area.  Sarasota offers beautiful surroundings, a more laid-back atmosphere but cultural and business opportunities
abound.  I have worked hard to become aware of the many neighborhoods and the
price ranges for those areas.  There truly is something for everyone.

Now I can offer my expertise on the West Coast Sarasota-Bradenton area and still maintain an office in the Broward County location.  It is truly having the best of two worlds.  I look forward to being your Realtor.

The crowning moments of my career were highlighted when I was honored with the title of South Broward Board of Realtors' 2007 Realtor of the Year.  It is a prestigious title awarded by my peers.  Also, the residents of Cooper City and Davie selected me as the "Best Real Estate Agent" for 2 years - 2006 and 2007.  My goal every day is to strive for and achieve honesty and professionalism.
