Cooper City

This community bills itself as "Someplace Special" and indeed it is.  Mostly single family homes, Cooper City has a very highly regarded recreational sports program for all ages.
The 3 levels of public schools are located within the town's boundaries and
are highly rated.  The offerings range from half-duplex to large homes within
guard gated neighborhoods.  A few townhome and condo neighborhoods are scattered thruout the town.

Weston

A planned unit community, Weston offers many small cluster neighborhoods and wonderfully
maintained common areas.  A large county recreational park and several small
parks are accessible to all.  A brand new YMCA offers healthy activities.
Access to I-75, I-595 and Sawgrass Expressway is very convenient to wherever you may
need to travel.  Property offerings range from condos to single family homes of all sizes to very large custom homes on acreage in a very prestigeous guard gated community.

Plantation

Plantation is a beautiful established community with many neighborhoods offering oversized lots and large mature trees.  You will find condo neighborhoods, patio homes, single family homes and one neighborhood geared toward equestrian ranches.  The town offers many parks and has a fine recreational program for all. 


Hollywood

 

An established community that begins at the ocean and goes west to meet the Cooper City community, Hollywood offers

a quiet lifestyle with a mix of high rise condos, townhomes and single family homes.  The city had it's beginning in 1925 and

some of the earlier homes built in the 1940s still remain in the eastern portion of Hollywood.  The City has great diversity

in all aspects and welcomes new residents to discover it's heritage.
